How can i get this hairstyle?

I want a hairstyle like this

i have a similar face and everything so i reckon it would look good on me, just what should i tell my hairdresser to do? and what should i do to have it daily i.e apply wax? hairspray?

if you want it to be silky and smooth you should use some good conditioner. Don't put the conditioner on your scalp or it will make ur hair oily. Use sculpting cream to make it stay if you have to but you probably shouldn't. Use hairspray to make it stay. I recommend aussie, even though its make for girls it works really well. To make it feel rough you should use a comb to tease it. Take hair spray and spray the the comb and the section of your hair you want to have the texture. (make sure the comb has very little space between each bristle) Start to comb your hair up and down while holding it up in the air (air air, air air air lol ;/\P) While holding your hair section up spray both sides with hair spray. It should be able to stand up on its own now. Comb it any way you want it to go. Use sculpting cream to mold it if you have to.

I would tell you what to use but i don't know if your hair is naturally straight, curly, or wavy etc.
Tell them to do short layers up the top. and to do a fringe.

if your hair is frizzy, i would suggest using anti-frizz serum, but if it isn't then you dont have to do anything for this look
