Please tell me if this is healthy and if i keep it up will i loose some weight????

i really want to loose some weight, here is what i have on a typical day!

breakfast - bowl of cereal

lunch - tuna salad with ry vita instead of bread.

and a hot dinner in the evening (obviously not a takeaway pizza or anything) hehe.

also i will work out on a daily basis.

what do you reckon???? if i keep this up will it work!!!Please tell me if this is healthy and if i keep it up will i loose some weight????
make sure to use light mayo in the tuna salad instead of regular. but try to change it up some. you'll get bored if you eat that everyday. put some protein in your breakfast. it's better for you than cereal, which has a lot of sugar. even the healthy ones.
you may want to add a piece of fruit in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and super if you become fatigued. but it sounds good.



basically how you lose weight is that you have to burn more calories than what you take in. so if you eat 2000 calories a day (which is a lot) then you have to burn 4000 to lose any weight.Please tell me if this is healthy and if i keep it up will i loose some weight????
yes.. it will work also may i add a cup of water in the morning right after you wake up it helps
dam right it will but i don't think u hav to give up ur fav foods. wat i think u should do for lunch is hav a small serving of wat ever u want and a few hourss afta that u should have another small portion of something else.

Cut your simple carbs like cereals. Add more protein and veggies, for all your meals.



Keep on with your workout.



This will work better and will increase your metabolism rate, as well as improve your health.

It should work. You could be at a stand still, but keep up on eating light and about a week or two you should loose the weight.
to talk about my experience; I made a good diet that made me lose 10 kg in more than one month with daily training. I made fruits my main dish everyday and i used laxatives. really it made a tanggable result
perfect, just dont ever ever resort to starving yourself or even skipping a meal. but u dont seem like the type of person who would do that. you should lose weight, im glad that you arent going to use diet pills or anything silly like that. diet and exercise are really the only healthy way to lose weight. good luck!

and oh ya, no sugary cereals, u might as well eat a donut. special k, fruit harvest, rice crispies, cheerios, those r great healthy cereals.

one more thing...VEGETABLES AND FRUITS FRUITS FRUITS. they work miracles. use them as a side dish with every meal, and imbetween. nutritionists say you can eat as many fruits and veggies as you want and it will definately help.

ok this is the last thing, water, milk, and 100% fruit juice. drink a lot of water its very important.
That is a great diet.I would also suggets that you drink plenty of water and add some fruits and vegetables to your meal.
It sounds fairly healthy, but you should probably consider adding more fruits and veggies in to ensure you get all the nutrients you need. And with the work out, alternate strength training and aerobic excercise.
