You are on the right track for loosing weight. It depends how much you weight though because when you are on the heavier side you will see results faster then if you had a lot of muscle, because when you have a lot of muscle its harder to loose weight since there isn't a lot of fat. It wouldn't hurt working out more than 30 minutes. I think an hour would be better but thats my advice :)
the most important thing here is you have taken a positive step forward by eating healthy and exercising. You must continue it takes time, you've heard what they say "if it was easy everyone would be doing it" and they are right. So stick to it increase your workouts gradually and you will get there. Please answer this question ..?
wow, thats alot of work. if this is because of some person, i hope their worth it.
but yeah, i lost 15lbs in a month just by sitting around doing nothing. (that was 3 years ago when i got braces) and your going balls to the wall with this sooooooooooooo
i think itll take you 2months
yeah, thats my guess
hope it works out
I have the same exact problem. If you could tell me how you lose the weight, it would be great! I have recently been doing 100 sit-ups(4 sets of 25), 6-inches(you raise your feet off the ground six inches for 25 seconds; 4 times), and 100 push ups(4 sets of 25) and i am starting to get a Little bit of biceps and toned abs! Please answer this question ..?
I would guess 6 months. You will probably lose 10 pounds in the first month, then after that your progress will slow. But that's okay - slow and steady is the best way to lost weight and keep it off.
