Should I be eating as little as possible? Even when working out?

I reckon I'm fat because I've always struggled with my appetite, but lately I've had none, and yet I've been pushing it hard in the gym 4-5 days a week. My daily intake is something like -2000kcal. Is that too much? I've lost about 13 pounds in 9 days most of it in the gym...Should I be eating as little as possible? Even when working out?
You are going to have to lower your calorie intake by about 500-750 calories per day. You can have a random overeating day to surcome to your appetite, but just one a week. Keep working out though. It is also much better to eat 5-6 smaller meals per day.
