That might be the hourly rate that is charged, but it won't all go into his pocket. Out of that comes the taxes, benefit costs (e.g. money to pay for time off like vacation or sick leave), rent, utilities, business equipment, office supplies, administrative support, janitorial services, etc. that keep a business alive.
