Should there be a daily limit on the number of answers you give per day on yahoo!7 answers?

I have been trying to go up to level 2 and just get 5 points away from it when they say i've reached my level. i need to thumbs down a seriously wrong misleading unfair answer about what to do when someone is s.assaulted and they reckon, just there's not much you can do about it!!! errr, this is totally n00b question but, wut'r the advantages of gettin higher levels? i mean, i'm just here to ask questions, and answer questions that I know the answer to, period. wuts with the all extra fizzle about levels and points and starts and wutevah?
I think it's pretty fair. Y!A would be so boring if it was like that. It kinda gives us a goal to achive.
I'd say you should be able to answer questions on Y!A all day if thats what you truly want. unfortuantely I hold no power. until tommorow, patience.
