I drink a lot of whisky, almost daily. I hold a full time job. I am not very sociable at all and seem to only be able to interact with one person at a time. I've taken the following drugs: cannabis, shrooms, ecstacy, cocaine, diazepam. and diazepam and alcohol are the only two that really help with my daily life. If im feeling a bit depressed then a couple drams and a valium will sort me out. I do get mildly depressed frequently and these 2 will no doubt sort me out. Im 25 and i've been heavy drinking since i was 16 but have always been interested in alcohol. What do you reckon the doctor would prescribe me with? I dont want anti depressants i feel that diazepam or a similar drug on their own would do me fine.Need a drug but dont know what?
I know it sounds dramatic, but you keep on doing cocaine and you will need a drug-rehab center. You are obviously dissatisfied with life when sober.., so you do drugs to escape from reality which you find so depressing. Some people can live out their entire lives by drinking moderately or by popping some kind of pill on a daily basis, but you're mixing it up too much.
If you need something to cope with life.., fine.., but do the less expensive stuff.., weed, ecstacy, cocaine and hallucinogenic mushrooms can clean out your pockets, then what..?
And someday think about this.., you've done all kinds of drugs.., so why not do anti-depressants. Maybe that's what you need.
If you keep doing drugs you'll soon be an addict, get a disease, and die, like our beloved Billy Maze. You may think im telling you loads of bull right now, but seriously stop. If you don't, i can promise u this will be your last yahoo answers question.Need a drug but dont know what?

Should I leave? My dads a bit of an ******?
My dads a bit of a pycho.He accuses my mum of poisoning him when he docent have a good night sleep or when he has a cough.Him and my mom ran a family business but since 2007 it has been purely my mum doing the business while my dad does some light housework and gardenwork. yet he demands to have a signature on every company cheque and wants to make every decision. And on top of that he thinks my mums stealing money from HIM.That's just bs cos in the last year I've made more money than he has with my job a at maccas. he has always been negative to me because he reckons no ones gonna hire some kid like me. and I grew up being beaten on a daily basis,but lately he hasn't had the balls to hit me anymore. and on monday when he was driving me to my saxophone lesson, he was just going on about how he gets poisoned by my mum and how she's stealing from him.. And also how he reckons he's had good luck and that I won't be nearly as lucky as me when I'm married. I was a bit pissed and when I got of the car and went to get my bag out of the boot I found the car was locked so I knocked on the window for him to open the boot. Nothing happened, so I went to the window and told him to open the boot. So then he sed nothing so I asked him again.Then he's like why you give me that look huh? so I was soo pissed and I walked off and spent 2 hours walking home.Then today I was teaching my sister how to swim in our pool. I just came home from school so I was in my uniform so I didn't go in with her.I was just tellin her that after swimming a little bit it won't be as cold and my dad comes out and full told me to eff of and how I have no right to teach her.but he was the one who docent teach her anything and was sitting on the couch watching tv.So now I'm real pissed.I mean he just docent let me do anything and he does nothing as well.I asked this girl out last year and she said yes so I went home all happy and my dad forced me to break up with her because she Chinese.I just want to leave.Should I leave? My dads a bit of an ******?
depending on your age, i would. personally, if your 16^ you can get legal emancipation. my friend did that cause he was a party animal and didn't like how his parents wouldn't let him go out, so he got emancipated then found out how hard real life is. (and life is hard, paying bills and whatnot) but it sounds like he's not the type of person you want to be around. but then, you also have to take into account.. would you really want to abandon the rest of your family? it all comes down to how close you are to the rest of them (worst case scenario kill him and blame it on something (jk))Should I leave? My recommendation is you should try to your dad, man to man, but like civil people. Then if he doesn't listen and revolts. Contact your nearest hospital, and take him to a psychiatrist, or have one visit.

I'm talking getting them to the 15 inch mark, their 13 at the present and I'm lifting 20kg (40lbs), I'm 16, so if I workout the entire body with a 30kg dumbbell is it enough to attain 15 inch arms, I've heard people go on about getting 15 inch arms from 20kg dumbbell but it hasn't worked for me I need to lift heavier, if I eat right let's say 2700 calories daily wit plenty of protein and sleep for 8 hours a day do you reckon my goal is reachable within a year?Using a 60 pound dumbbell to get big arms? Hey there. Thanks for your help. I sleep round 7 hrs a day. I spend an hr at the gym 6 days a week. I just recently picked up a mile every other day as well. I lost 40 lbs a yr ago, but im stopped at 191. Im 6 ft. The weight loss is from my diet. I ate super clean. Ive been training for a year and a half now, and have not seen much of a strength increase at all and i can not lose anymore weight no matter how well i eat. Especially my stomach. Ive tried 100 sit ups and crunches a day. Im now trying a mile of running every other day, and still, my weight is the same. I do eat around 3 - 4000 calories a day, but still nothing. Lots of protein, veggies, healthy carbs. My intensities are pretty good at the gym, but sometimes im not sore at all. If i raise the weight i am currently at, i lose form because i cant lift it w my targeted muscle group. Idk what to do.

i advice you if u have a current boyfriend, tell him about it . if not, then get a restraining order. if he's harmless, talk to him.

Yes, why is it so hard to forget my first crush.

I am trying to take my diet in hand a bit, and have been looking at books/websites to find out what I should be eating and in what proportions. However, the overall daily intake of food is usually quoted in calories, whilst the RDAs of various things like fat, protein etc. is given in grammes. Now for an average man, daily calorie intake should be about 2500 calories. However, I am a small chap, and I reckon about 1600-2000 is right for me. Should I reduce the RDA gramme amounts of the food groups in proportion to get my balanced intake, or are these totally independent from total calories?Balanced diet amounts?
Calories and grams are interlinked. For example, 1 gram of protein = 4 cals, 1 g of carbs = 4 cals, and 1 g of fat = 7 cals. So, it's impossible for the grams to be independent from total calories.
What you can do, is keep the ratio as healthy as possible by consuming 40% carb, 40% protein and 30% fat (healthy fat, that is) diet.
Remember that RDAs are just that - recommendations. Remember that moderation is key! What the RDA values are trying to do is to enlighten people with regards to what they're actually eating!
You also have to remember that the more physically active you are, the more food you鈥檒l need.
Overall, focus on eating from all the food groups. Try to eat 6 nutritionally balanced, portioned meals a day and you'll be fine :)

I needed to lose some weight too for health reasons and I began searching on the Internet. I came across http://healthcrib.com/Weight-Loss/ . They recommended a few products in their weight loss section and I ended up getting the first one. I had my doctor look at the product and he said that it looked pretty healthy and he approved. Since then I have lost about 75 pounds. My blood pressure is down, I sleep better, and I don't crave alot of that junk food I used to eat. I really recommend it.

I need help to get fit?
I noticed i have been gaining a bit of weight and I'm a teenager.
Recently i have been running every morning, before breakfast (for about a week now).
How long would you reckon it would take for me to lose this weight and go back to my good physique with a sets of situps and pushups every other day inaddition to my daily running?
I have a bit of love handles and trying to lose them? would you reckon i could do it in 1.5 months?I need help to get fit?
